Top 5 Tips How to Maintain Good Health and Fitness

In present-day people are so busy with their daily life. 40% people follow their routine and take care of them, but 60% people forgot about health. In the result, they have to face many kinds of common diseases. It's the little things that you do each day that adds up to being healthy and fit. 

Follow some tips:

1.           Focus on fresh food

This is the way to have a healthy diet is to eat regularly varied fresh food, including protein, fat, carbs and including meat, fish, eggs, dairy products, legumes, green leafy vegetables, root vegetables, fruit especially berries, nuts, and seeds.

2.     Drink Plenty of Water

Our bodies are made around 70% of water. Most fluids and foods have water that helps to keep our bodies hydrated. But fresh, clean and normal water is still the best and healthy beverage to maintain a healthy body. Drinking water before eating helps you feel fuller; that means you’ll be less likely to shawl your food down. We should drink 2-3 liters of water per day.

3.        Regular exercise keeps your body fit

Conscious meditation can be a great way to improve your thinking, as well as positive self-reflection. My personal opinion is to do some sport that involves all your body, like running, and then some “workout” at home before the shower, like push ups and sit ups.

4.     Stretch your Body

Spending 20-35 minutes stretching your body muscle groups can drastically reduce muscle tears. Hold each stretch for 20 seconds to allow the muscles to become more flexible, and therefore less likely to progress injury. Stretching out your muscles also helps them reach their full range of motion.

The best time to stretch is after your warm-up and before the intense activity. This way, your muscles will already be warm and they will stretch better.


5.    Chill out you motivated always

This may seem obvious, but exercise is very important for maintaining muscle health. People who exercise have energetic muscles than others in their age group. Any kind of exercise that causes the body to work against gravity will help build muscle. Muscles will breach down as time goes on without exercise. Practice weight-bearing exercises such as running, jogging, jumping rope, and dancing. Adults should get at least 30 minutes of exercise daily.
